Ingredients:

- I. Combine - makes 2 cups:
- 1 - 1/2 cup of beer
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons marmalade
- 2 cloves minced garlic

1 - 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
II. Combine
- Makes enough 1 lb. Pork chops
